Learning the Creighton Model FertilityCare System begins with a 90 minute Introductory Session which explains the scientific foundations, methodology, application to various reproductive categories, and a basic overview of charting. You will gain an even deeper understanding at individualized, private follow-up sessions.

Learning continues with a series of follow-up sessions that includes personal instruction on the use of the system and how to chart your cycles. Each session is tailored to meet your specific needs. To adequately and confidently learn the system, individual follow-up sessions are recommended five times during the first three months of use and an additional three times over the remainder of the year. Subsequent follow-ups are then recommended every six to 12 months to ensure quality care. Additional follow-ups or consultation between sessions are available should questions or need arise.
